NotaryCLT Services™: Mobile Notary Services
Trained, Screened, & Professional Signing Agents
At NotaryCLT Services™, we have heard about the horror stories that some careless or inexperienced notaries can create with mistakes that result in delays, costly funding issues and frustration for all involved. The notaries we provide to our clients are trained, screened, and professional notaries, with experience and a track record of successful closings. While we cannot and do not provide advice or comments about the information in the documents, we do provide a general overview of the purpose of the documents. We are trained to be more than just "point and sign" notaries. We take pride in serving our clients and their signer(s), and keep everyone in the loop though our secure and robust platform.
Living Trusts, & Estate Delivery
At NotaryCLT Services™, we strive to provide the best of the best mobile Notaries Public for the specific type of signing at hand. Sometimes it may be a full living trust or simple estate signing ceremony from estate planning attorneys and other professionals. Ever so often it may be a mail away packet sent from out of state, sent directly to the signers, or maybe it is an ARAG employment benefit prepared by an attorney where the signers are responsible for getting notarizations. Wherever the origination, and no matter the destination, NotaryCLT Services™ is ready and willing to help conduct whatever type of signing needed. Give us a call today to discuss your notary needs.
Certified Estate Signing Professional (CESP)
The Certified Estate Signing Professional (CESP) program is an advanced training and certification pathway created for notaries who want to specialize in trust and estate signing ceremonies. Previously part of the Apex Mentorship™ platform, CESP replaced Apex on October 19, 2026 to equip notaries with deeper knowledge of estate planning documents, signing ceremony professionalism, ethical boundaries, and effective collaboration with attorneys and estate planning professionals. The program is designed to help notaries approach these meaningful appointments with confidence, preparation, and a strong understanding of the role they play in helping families execute important life planning documents.
CESP represents a new standard for professionalism in estate signing work. Through structured intensives, practical guidance, and real-world insight, participants learn how to conduct estate signing ceremonies with clarity, respect, and precision. Notaries who complete the program gain a deeper understanding of the nine core estate planning documents, the expectations of legal professionals, and the presence required to guide signers through high-trust appointments. Learn more about the Certified Estate Signing Professional program here and discover how you can elevate your expertise in estate signing services.
